AI Transformation Progress

Q3: learn through the AI ROCK.
Q4: build fast at TLX; continue PRC’s pilots and report progress to L10.

Progress timeline

Q3 2026

Establish foundations and prove useful outputs

Q3 established practical AI working methods and turned existing knowledge into useful business artifacts.

Structure operational knowledge

Operations handover and SOP foundations. AI-assisted analysis produced a source-linked responsibility inventory, CSV and handover summary. SOP and work-instruction work established reusable templates, evidence requirements and review controls.

These were delivered knowledge-work outputs and pilot foundations—not an autonomous operations or SOP service.

Exercise reporting and commercial workflows

KCC SBR pilot, toolchain and published price sheets. SBR work combined KPI review, analytical graphs, a storytelling deck and a Python/AI/human-review workflow. Buyer-specific price sheets turned the master workbook into published TLX commercial collateral.

AI pilot discussions explored reporting, sales enablement and note-taking. The 3PM playbook approach began taking shape; its later publication belongs in Q4.

Q4 2026

Build tools, validate pilots and connect the roadmap

Q4 expanded the foundations into usable tools, deeper validation, reusable operating guidance and a broader product direction.

Rock 1: Deliver full product roadmap

Key objective: Develop a holistic view of all product development and roadmaps for hardware, software, and internal tools.

Product Vision

Roadmap planning

Product and Mission Control planning connected Rocks with user journeys, requirements and roadmap checkpoints.

Meeting artifacts

Hardware

Key objective: Define hardware development priorities in the full product roadmap.

Readiness analysis

AI-assisted hardware readiness analysis clarified firmware dependencies; it was not AI firmware delivery or overall release approval.

Rock 2: 3PM Mission Control Experience UX

Key objective: Design the 3PM Mission Control user experience.

Design Inspiration3PM Domain Model

ABB SBR outputs and QA

ABB SBR work produced decks, workbooks, evidence binders and animation; cross-version QA checked calculation and definition differences. Delivered artifacts and QA do not imply client acceptance or production integration.

Mission Control prototype and 3PM playbook

The workbench reached prototype/demo evidence—not verified production integrations. The living 3PM playbook and fulfillment maps were published, with some later corrections still local.

Internal Tools

Key objective: Define internal-tool development priorities in the full product roadmap.

Quote builder

Effective Oct 1, 2026: the quote builder provides buyer-segment selection, pricing, quantities, totals and PDF/print flow. It is AI-built software, not evidence of runtime AI pricing decisions.

Website framework and meeting evidence

Website framework work advanced governed editing and staging design plus a local prototype.

PMO Agent

Reporting work established the transformation hub, versioned reports, evidence and coverage controls plus scheduled draft generation. One authorized November 3 run successfully executed email and private/channel Teams delivery actions.

Weekly updates
About this retrospective

This summary separates reusable AI capability from AI-assisted business outputs. It reflects selected reviewed work and recorded results, not a complete quarter audit. Work is dated by actual activity; revisions and child work are not separate initiatives.

Some long histories were only partially reviewed; no new Bee or mailbox collection was performed for this retrospective. Planning, prototypes, delivered artifacts, production integration and adoption are different stages. Measured productivity, revenue and cost benefits have not been established by this inventory. The original Q3 record and linked weekly reports remain unchanged.
